SVETLANA TYCHINA
Svetlana was born in Bryansk, Russia. She graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in 2015 and joined the Mariinsky Ballet the same year. Her repertoire includes classical role as Bayadères from La Bayadère, Silver Fairy from The Sleeping Beauty, Shyrin’s Friends from Legend of love, Mischievous Girls from The Bronze Horseman and many others.
Svetlana Tychina also danced modern ballet choreography by Ilya Jivoy: The Four Seasons, Jeu de Cartes, Sous la Coupole, Pulcinella at the Mariinsky Theatre. She joined the Mariinsky Theatre’s Ballet tours in the USA, Japan, Spain, Germany and many others.
Svetlana also took part in projects for Origen Festival Cultural, ballet «I’m not scared» (2018), «House of memories» (2019) and «Fatum» (2021) all choreographed by Ilia Jivoy.
