was born on the 1st of March 1994 in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) but grew up in Spain. She studied at the Hamburg Ballett School for 8 years and joined the company Hamburg Ballett John Neumeier in August 2012. When she was in school, Yaiza took part in several performances with the Bundesjugendballett and during her second season with the Hamburg Ballett she danced the role of Lavinia in «Romeo & Juliet». In summer 2014 she created and danced with Sasha Riva, Yuka Oishi, Thomas Stuhrman and Lizhong Wang a performance for the Origen Festival Cultural in Switzerland.
