Rosvita Barenius-Scherrer grew up in Trun. Ever since she was a child she loved singing be that with her family, in choirs or with the sibling-formation «cantus firmus surselva» which is conducted by Clau Scherrer, since its formation. Rosvita Barenius is the music editor at Radiotelevisiun Svizra Rumantscha RTRin Chur, where she is responsible for the musical programmes «Nos chors» and «La Classiaca». Rosvita Barenius is a mother of three and lives with her family in Surselva.
