LUCIE HORNA
Lucie Horná was born in Olomuoc (Czech Republic). She attended the ballet school there until 2006. Followed by successful competitions: Ballett und Stepcup, Europa Open, World Championship of Performing Arts in LA. In the same year she received a scholarship at the Ballettakademie der Wiener Staatsoper, where she graduated with excellent success in 2016. In the 2016/17 season she worked for the Jugendkompanie der Wiener Staatsoper and participated in performances with the Staatsballett. In the following season she got engaged by the Südmöhmisches Theater in Budweis. She gained experience as a dancer through performances like «Romeo und Julia», «Die Schöne und das Biest», «Keys from nowhere», «Le Corsaire», «Carmina Burana», «Nachmittag eines Fauns» and others. During her dance career she collaborated with choreographers such as Petr Zuska, Beate Vollack, Dekkadancers, Bella Kiri Nagy, Vesna Orlic, Zaida Ballesteros Parejo und Natalia Horcna. From the 2018/19 season Lucie Horná is a membre of the Graz Opera Ballet.
